Outside Sales Representative
BonaDent Dental Laboratories is seeking a highly motivated and competitive Outside Sales Representative to join their team. The role involves selling dental laboratory services, developing client relationships, and achieving sales goals within an assigned territory.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with dentists and their staff to retain and cultivate existing customer sales
- Focus on customer satisfaction by demonstrating teamwork and communication with laboratory managers
- Communicate and collaborate with the technical staff to ensure account information is communicated properly, guaranteeing continued sales retention and growth opportunities
- Continually search for ways to exceed our customers’ expectations
- Create presentations and actively participate in regional and national trade shows
- Responsible for targeting prospective accounts to identify and close sales opportunities
- Call on dentists in your assigned territory and inform them about the features and benefits of our laboratory and products to grow market share
- Maintain accurate records of communication with accounts and prospects
- Employ strong interpersonal, teamwork, organizational, and planning skills to accomplish duties
- Utilize marketing materials and campaigns to build awareness and increase sales
- Evaluate and communicate back to management the marketability of our products in relation to customers’ needs
- Maintain an up-to-date understanding of industry trends and technical developments
