We are hiring a Paid Media Search Analyst to support the execution and optimization of outcome-driven paid search campaigns across multiple client accounts. This role is hands-on and execution-focused, sitting at the intersection of campaign production, performance analysis, and client support.
You will work closely with senior paid media strategists to manage day-to-day campaign operations, surface insights, and deliver consistent, high-quality outputs that directly impact client growth.
This role is ideal for someone early in their paid media career who wants to strengthen their analytical skills, develop disciplined execution habits, and grow into a Paid Media Strategist over time.

Key Responsibilities
Client & Team Collaboration
Support client accounts with an owner’s mindset across all paid search work

Maintain high standards for communication, responsiveness, and follow-through

Incorporate client and strategist feedback to continuously improve execution

Ensure all campaign work aligns with client goals and outcome-driven strategies

Campaign Production & Execution
Build, manage, and optimize paid search campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads

Execute keyword research, ad copy testing, bid adjustments, and audience targeting

Monitor performance daily to identify issues, risks, and optimization opportunities

Maintain accurate task and time tracking while meeting delivery expectations

Follow internal processes, documentation, and quality standards consistently

Analysis & Optimization
Analyze campaign performance to generate clear insights and recommendations

Support budget pacing, forecasting, and efficiency improvements

Assist in preparing performance reports and client-ready insights

Collaborate with strategists on testing roadmaps and optimization plans

Growth & Contribution
Participate in client meetings and support follow-up action items

Stay current on paid media platform updates and industry best practices

Contribute to internal documentation and process improvements

Actively manage personal skill development and career growth goals

Requirements
Hard Skills
2+ years of paid media or digital marketing experience, preferably in an agency environment

Hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns

Experience with Microsoft Ads is a plus

Strong understanding of paid search fundamentals including keywords, bidding strategies, and account structure

Experience analyzing performance using Google Analytics or GA4

Experience using AI tools to support ad copy creation, analysis, or workflow efficiency

Soft Skills
Strong organizational and prioritization skills across multiple accounts

Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into clear insights

Clear written and verbal communication skills

High attention to detail with proactive issue identification

Comfortable working in fast-moving, client-facing environments

Language & Location
English level: C1 or C2 required

Location: Latin America (remote)

Availability: U.S. business hours required

Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting high-spend or multi-location paid search accounts

Exposure to CRO, landing page testing, or conversion tracking

Familiarity with ClickUp or similar project management tools

Success Metrics (First 3 to 6 Months)
Independently manage and optimize assigned paid search campaigns

Deliver accurate, insight-driven performance reports on time

Identify and execute optimizations that improve efficiency or conversions

Build trust with strategists and clients through consistent, high-quality work

Show clear progression toward a Paid Media Strategist skill set
