They are seeking a PAM Analyst to support Privileged Access Management operations with a focus on CyberArk, ensuring secure management of privileged accounts and assisting with documentation and incident response.

Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support PAM initiatives
  • Monitor and maintain CyberArk and other PAM tools, ensuring compliance with security standards
  • Assist and support CyberArk daily and special activities
  • Respond to service requests and incidents within defined SLAs
  • May assist with user documentation and assist with training materials
  • Generate activity and compliance reports for PAM tools
  • Exercises judgment to identify, diagnose, and solve problems within given rules
  • Thinks creatively and proposes new solutions
  • Ensures consistent, high quality practices/work in alignment with productivity goals
  • Identifies opportunities to strengthen the capability of the PAM process
  • Provides technical Information Security expertise
  • Collaborate with teams to support day-to-day PAM operations and security objectives
  • Participate in on-call rotation to support PAM incidents
  • Stay current with PAM and CyberArk trends through ongoing learning

Skills

  • 1-2+ years of relevant experience and post-secondary degree in Business or Computer Science, or a related field of study or an equivalent combination of formal training, or industry / technical certifications or work experience
  • Experience in information security or with systems and computer operations (e.g. Privileged Access Management, Identity & Access Management, IT operations, Certification & Key Management, Security Platform Administration, Security Incident Response)
  • Experience in CyberArk Administration and supporting users with the product
  • Knowledge of information security processes, procedures and controls
  • Familiarity with account onboarding, password vaulting, and policy management
  • Knowledge of Windows/Linux administration and Active Directory
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Good communication and documentation skills
