Vantage Data Centers powers, cools, protects and connects the technology of the world’s well-known hyperscalers and cloud providers. They are seeking a strategic and highly skilled Real Estate Paralegal / Coordinator to support their Legal team in managing land acquisitions and real estate transactions for data center projects.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with drafting, reviewing, and organizing real estate documents, including purchase agreements, easements, title commitments, closing statements, and related contracts
  • Coordinate due diligence activities, including title and survey review, zoning compliance, and environmental reports
  • Coordinate contract intake, routing, and trackers; ensure version control, signatures, and filing completeness
  • Ensure DocuSign envelopes and SharePoint folders are properly configured and maintained
  • Assist with drafting, reviewing, and organizing energy related documents, including power purchase agreements, utility agreements, and related financial commitment agreements
  • Provide administrative support to the attorneys on the Real Estate Development Team
  • Track and manage critical dates, contingencies, and closing requirements
  • Prepare closing checklists and ensure all required documents are executed and delivered on time.Liaise with title companies, escrow agents, and outside counsel to facilitate smooth closings
  • Work with the internal finance, public policy, real estate, and energy teams on a variety of matters related to the development of data center projects
  • Maintain organized records of all real estate and energy transactions in company systems
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
  • Represent the legal function in cross-functional initiatives and external counsel engagements
  • Lead efforts to optimize legal operations through process improvements, technology adoption, and knowledge sharing
  • Update the legal calendar, track key contract deadlines, and maintain status dashboards
  • Provide administrative support to the attorney team members
  • Handle additional duties as assigned by Management

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree is required; paralegal certification preferred (but not required)
  • 1–2 years of relevant legal experience in a corporate or law firm setting
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple deadlines, matter trackers and competing priorities
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Proven ability to interpret and apply legal principles in a business context
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Positive, solutions-oriented mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
  • Travel required is expected to be up to 10% but may increase over time as the business evolves
  • Paralegal certification
  • Experience with contract management systems and legal operations tools is a plus
