pspanspanThe part time bartender is responsible for providing timely bar and alcohol service during bar hours of operation for catered events, University fundraisers, etc., on an as needed basis.#160; They are also in charge of proper set-up and clean-up of the bar, and must show sense of fiscal responsibility in keeping mistakes and spills to a minimum,#160;maintenance of a spill book/bar log and assist the manager with inventory control book and liquor orders.
