**Responsibilities**

As a Part-time Chat Specialist, you will be responsible for:

* Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate and timely responses to meet customer needs
* Providing detailed information about products and services via online chat, ensuring that customers have a comprehensive understanding of our offerings
* Narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments, ensuring seamless communication between customers and our dealer clients
* Developing and maintaining a knowledge base of the ever-evolving products and services, staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments
* Capturing customer contact information for lead generation and client review, ensuring that our dealer clients have the information they need to follow up with customers
* Summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review, providing actionable insights to inform our dealer clients' sales and marketing strategies
* Collaborating with our team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals, working together to drive results and improve customer experiences

**Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

* Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry, although not necessary, is preferred
* The ability to type at least 35 WPM, with 40 and above preferred
* Basic internet and window-based computer skills, with the ability to adapt to new technology and systems
* Strong multitasking skills, with the ability to handle multiple conversations and tasks simultaneously
* A positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
* The ability to adapt to change and enjoy a quick-paced work environment, with a willingness to learn and grow with our team
* Gaming experience is preferred, but not required

**Requirements**

To be considered for this role, you must:

* Be able to attend 4 weeks of training, Tuesday - Saturday between the hours of 10:00am-6:30pm CST
* Be able to work 5-hour time blocks daily after completing training
* Meet the typing speed requirement of at least 35 WPM, with 40 and above preferred
* Possess a positive and professional demeanor
* Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Be able to adapt to change and enjoy a quick-paced work environment
* Have gaming experience, although not required
