**Key Responsibilities**

As a Part-Time Customer Experience Ambassador, you'll be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service to our users through email communication. This will involve:

* Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Investigating and resolving complex issues within our app by reviewing account details and customer feedback
* Collaborating with leadership teams on special projects aimed at enhancing our service and driving user engagement
* Acting as an advocate for our users, ensuring their voices are heard and their concerns are addressed

* **Geographic Location**: You'll need to be based in Georgia with reliable internet access and a desktop or laptop computer equipped with a camera and microphone.
* **Age and Authorization**: You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States.

**Essential Qualifications**

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., communications, customer service, or business) is a plus
* 1-2 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a technical or software-related industry
