**Key Responsibilities**

As a Customer Service & Sales Coordinator, your primary responsibilities will include:

* Handling customer inquiries via phone, email, webchat, and other channels, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues
* Processing orders, creating estimates, and maintaining accurate records of client interactions
* Providing exceptional customer service, fostering positive relationships, and encouraging ongoing interaction and satisfaction
* Supporting our sales/marketing team by scheduling appointments, updating products on the website/CRM, and assisting with data entry and other projects

**Essential Qualifications**
