**Key Responsibilities:**

As a Part Time Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

* Opening and submitting requests for review by our Help Desk technicians
* Reviewing each open ticket to track the outcome and ensure timely closure
* Providing exceptional customer service by emailing responses to customers and ensuring they receive updates on their requests
* Maintaining a high level of organization and focus to ensure efficient ticket closure

**Ideal Candidate:**

We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual who is comfortable working on a computer all day and has exceptional typing skills. Previous experience in I.T. Help Desk ticketing or online customer service for a technology company or busy online retailer is a plus, but not required.
