**Responsibilities**
As a Part-Time Live Chat Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:
* Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate information about our products and services
* Narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments and capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review
* Summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review
* Developing and maintaining a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
* Collaborating with our team to ensure seamless customer experiences and high-quality lead generation
**Key Skills and Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry (not necessary but preferred)
* Basic internet and window-based computer skills
* Strong ability to multitask, with gaming experience being a plus
* Positive and professional demeanor
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to adapt to change and enjoy a quick-paced work environment
* Must reside in one of the following states: Alabama, Arkansas, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Utah, West Virginia, or Wisconsin
**Training and Requirements**
* On-the-job training via Zoom to ensure you're equipped with the knowledge and skills needed to excel in this role
* Must be able to type at least 40 WPM
* Must have your own computer or laptop with a second monitor, webcam, microphone, and external mouse & keyboard
* Quiet, dedicated work space free from distractions – this is a remote position
* Able to attend 4 weeks of full-time remote training, Tuesday – Saturday between the hours of 11:00am-7:30pm EDT
