Who You Are

We are seeking a part-time professional with hands-on experience supporting and administering the Lynx platform. The ideal candidate will provide operational and technical support, assist with system configuration and troubleshooting, and help ensure the continued effectiveness of Lynx-related processes and programs

What You'll Do

Provide ongoing Lynx system support and user assistance.

Troubleshoot issues and coordinate resolution activities.

Assist with system updates, configurations, and process improvements.

Support customer and stakeholder requests in a timely manner.

Participate in meetings, training events, and occasional travel as needed.

What You Bring

Demonstrated experience working with the Lynx system/platform.

Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Must be a U.S. Citizen.

Ability to obtain and maintain a CAC (Common Access Card).

Willingness and ability to travel periodically as required.

Ability to work independently in a part-time support capacity.

What We Offer

Hourly Rate: $50.00–$75.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.

This is a flexible virtual part-time opportunity for an experienced Lynx professional seeking to support mission-critical operations.
