Key Responsibilities:
• Train and mentor the sales team on warm calling strategies and effective client engagement.
• Share matchmaking techniques to enhance team performance.
• Provide ongoing feedback and support to improve sales conversions.
• Collaborate with sales leadership to align training with business objectives.

Qualifications:
• 5 years of experience as a professional matchmaker.
• 1 years of warm calling or tele-sales experience.
• Strong background in training, mentoring, and coaching sales teams.
• In-depth knowledge of matchmaking strategies for high-net-worth individuals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $40.00 - $60.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 16 per week
