About the Role: Part-time Nights/Weekends Customer Service Representative

We're seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated Customer Service Representative to join our friendly team on a part-time basis, working nights and weekends in a remote/hybrid setting. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of our company, interacting with customers, answering their questions, and providing solutions to their concerns. If you're a people person with excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple conversations simultaneously
  • Book appointments for members with a high degree of data accuracy, ensuring seamless communication and follow-up
  • Maintain excellent written and verbal communication skills, consistently providing clear and concise information to customers
  • Identify and escalate issues to supervisors, ensuring prompt resolution and minimizing customer dissatisfaction
  • Adapt to changing guidelines and procedures, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn
  • Inform clients by explaining procedures, answering questions, and providing information, ensuring that customers feel supported and informed
  • Maintain and improve quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines, continuously striving for excellence in customer service

Requirements and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or G.E.D.
  • Minimum of one year of experience in an inbound/outbound call center or retail environment (preferred)
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • Ability to multitask, speaking on the phone, using a computer, and typing simultaneously
  • Ability to type at least 25 words per minute (preferred)
  • Experience in providing exceptional customer service, with a focus on maintaining established quality requirements
  • Must be able to pass a background check
