As a dedicated and organized Admin and Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in maintaining excellent communication with our customers and coordinating with our Amish team. If you're passionate about customer service, sustainability, and community, we'd love to hear from you!

**Key Responsibilities**

As an Admin and Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for the following key tasks:

### Administration & Data Entry

* Perform data entry for dairy cow sheets and conduct weekly analysis to ensure accurate records and informed decision-making.
* Handle applications and submit necessary forms in a timely and efficient manner.
* Maintain calendars and schedule appointments to ensure seamless communication and coordination with our Amish team.
* Assist with human resources tasks, including handbook updates and paperwork, to ensure compliance and accuracy.
* Organize and manage our Google Drive to ensure easy access to important documents and information.
* Manage customer emails, calls, and texts to provide exceptional customer service and support.

### Customer Service

* Answer calls, texts, and social media inquiries in a timely and professional manner to provide excellent customer service.
* Coordinate with our Amish team to ensure seamless operations and effective communication.
* Schedule deliveries and manage customer communication regarding raw milk herdshares to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
* Provide exceptional customer service and support to our customers, responding to their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

**Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:

### Essential Qualifications

* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure accurate records and informed decision-making.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to provide exceptional customer service and support.
* Experience in administration and customer service to ensure effective communication and coordination with our Amish team.
* Proficient in Google Drive and other office applications to ensure easy access to important documents and information.
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines and ensure seamless operations.

### Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a farm or agricultural setting to understand the unique challenges and opportunities of our industry.
* Familiarity with raw milk production and herdshare programs to ensure accurate and informed communication with our customers.
* Strong problem-solving skills to resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
