**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-centric individual to join our team as a Part-time Remote Customer Support Specialist. As a key member of our customer support team, you will:

* Provide exceptional customer support through various channels, including phone, email, and chat
* Troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries regarding arenaflex products and services
* Assist customers with technical issues, product information, and account-related concerns
* Ensure timely and accurate resolution of customer concerns to meet or exceed service level agreements
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex issues

**Key Responsibilities**

* Provide top-notch customer support through various channels, including phone, email, and chat
* Troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries regarding arenaflex products and services
* Assist customers with technical issues, product information, and account-related concerns
* Ensure timely and accurate resolution of customer concerns to meet or exceed service level agreements
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex issues
* Stay up-to-date with arenaflex products and services to provide accurate and informed support
* Meet or exceed performance metrics and service level agreements
* Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

**Required Skills**

* Ability to work independently in a remote setting

**Qualifications**
