What You Will Do

  • Review and verify data for consistency, completeness, and compliance with established standards
  • Identify and correct any discrepancies or errors in a timely manner
  • Ensure data adheres to formatting guidelines and quality standards

Documentation Management

  • Organize and manage electronic documents, ensuring easy retrieval and accessibility for internal teams
  • Maintain proper file naming conventions and directory structures
  • Archive and index documents according to retention policies
  • Assist with document classification and categorization efforts
  • Ensure all documentation meets regulatory and compliance requirements

Quality Control and Assurance

  • Conduct regular quality checks on data to identify and rectify discrepancies
  • Perform systematic audits of entered data to maintain a high level of accuracy
  • Document quality issues and implement corrective actions
  • Generate quality reports and metrics for management review
  • Collaborate with quality assurance teams to identify improvement opportunities

Cross-Functional Collaboration
