The startup is in its third year, selling cosmetic ingredients B2B to manufacturers in Europe and the US. While the company has products, leads, and a CRM system (Pipedrive), it currently lacks dedicated sales personnel. The CEO manages multiple roles, creating the need for a self-directed sales professional to take ownership of lead follow-up, outreach, CRM management, and overall sales execution.Industry: Cosmetic Ingredients / B2B Cosmetics ManufacturingLocation: Brazil (VA schedule aligned with EU market hours)Goal:

Establish a consistent, proactive sales function that ensures no lead is lost, accelerates outreach and follow-up, and converts existing and new leads into revenue-generating opportunities.Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:1.) Sales Cycle Management

- Own the full sales cycle from lead outreach to follow-up

- Contact and nurture inbound leads from platforms like Covalo

- Prospect outbound leads using existing CRM data (Pipedrive)

2.) Outreach & Communication

- Conduct email, phone, and LinkedIn outreach

- Send brochures, catalogs, samples, and follow up on sample feedback

3.) CRM & Lead Management

- Maintain, clean, and update CRM records

- Qualify leads and prioritize high-intent prospects

4.) Meeting & Event Coordination

- Coordinate meetings and demos with leadership

- Support post-event follow-ups from trade shows and conferences

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B Sales.

- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and consistency in data entry

- Proven experience with Full Sales Cycle

- Ability to meet daily productivity goals and work independently in a fast-paced environment

- Proven experience in outbound outreach.

- Proficient with CRM tools

- Pipedrive (CRM)

- Inky Decoder

Technical Requirements:

- USB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature

- Working Webcam

- Main and backup computer: at least 1.8 GHz processor with at least 4GB RAM

- Main Internet Service Speed: at least 25 Mbps wired connection

- Backup Internet Service Speed: at least 10 Mbps
