Part-Time Transaction Coordinator | Remote/Hybrid | Willamette Properties Group

Willamette Properties Group, a high-producing real estate team operating under Real Broker LLC in the Eugene/Junction City area, is seeking an experienced part-time Transaction Coordinator.
This is a remote-friendly role built for a self-directed professional who thrives on organization, accuracy, and getting things done without someone looking over their shoulder.

The role includes:
MLS listing input and full listing coordination
Contract-to-close transaction management
reZEN compliance and file documentation
Deadline and timeline management across multiple active files
Communication and coordination with agents, clients, title, and lenders

The right candidate has:
Real estate transaction experience — this is a firm requirement
Exceptional attention to detail and strong written communication
The ability to manage multiple files simultaneously without dropping balls
An Oregon real estate license is a plus, not a requirement
