**Key Responsibilities**

As a Part Time Veterinarian with Blithequark's Pet Hospice Services, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, compassionate care to pets in their homes. Your key responsibilities will include:

* Conducting in-home visits to assess the medical needs of pets and develop personalized care plans
* Administering medications, performing medical procedures, and providing other necessary medical interventions
* Educating pet owners on proper care and management techniques to ensure the best possible outcomes for their pets
* Collaborating with other Blithequark team members to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date medical records and reports
* Participating in ongoing professional development and training to stay current with the latest advances in veterinary medicine

**Requirements**

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualifications:

* Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD/BVMS) degree from an accredited veterinary program
* At least 1 year of experience as a practicing veterinarian
* Valid driver's license
* Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted and up to 100 pounds assisted
* Capable of walking, kneeling, bending, crouching, crawling, stooping, standing, and reaching consistently during the workday
* Comfortable with prolonged periods of driving
* Demonstrated manual dexterity, fine motor skills, and the ability to maintain steady hands while using medical tools
