What You Bring:

- The ability to build, launch, and maintain WordPress sites that deliver real, measurable results

- A design eye that turns Figma files into responsive, conversion-focused sites

- Ownership over your timelines — projects delivered on time, with clear communication on progress and blockers

- Attention to detail across QA, fixes, and ongoing maintenance

- Early visibility on issues, risks, and dependencies — before they impact the client or the team

- Documentation and task statuses kept up to date so the team always has visibility

Requirements:

- Strong experience with WordPress

- Very proficient with Elementor

- Design experience with a strong visual eye

- Able to turn Figma designs into responsive WordPress websites

- Experience working in WP Engine

- Experience with launches, QA, fixes, and ongoing maintenance

- Able to solve issues independently and communicate blockers early

- Available at least 20 hours per week during EST hours (9 AM – 5 PM)
