What You’ll Be Doing:

Serve as the first point of contact for potential students

Provide clear and accurate information on programs, tuition, and admission timelines

Guide individuals through application steps, offering motivation and clarity

Input and track interactions using CRM software

Partner with the admissions and support teams to meet monthly goals

What You’ll Bring:

Must reside in or near Riverside, CA

Strong people skills and a calm, engaging communication style

Experience in student services, call centers, or other client-facing roles

Comfortable using online tools (CRM, Google Workspace, etc.)

Reliable self-starter who thrives independently

Nice-to-Have:

Bilingual (Spanish/English or other languages)

Familiarity with online learning systems

Past remote or hybrid work experience
