Job Description

Are you passionate about building high-impact partnerships and driving commercial growth? We are currently recruiting for our Partner Relationship Management team where the successful candidate will take ownership of a portfolio of tier-one ISO partners in the UK.

You will collaborate across departments to deliver innovative solutions, deepen partner engagement, and ensure Elavon remains the primary acquiring partner. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a strong commercial mindset, this could be a good fit!

Key Responsibilities

Manage a Portfolio of tier one ISO Partners with strategic importance to Elavon.

Build a strong cohesive partnership to ensure future goals are strategically aligned with our focus points of distribution, increased value and optimisation

Achievement of set monthly and annual new business and commercial plans for each Partner as determined by the company and in accordance with the “I am Elavon” and Strategic Account Management (Internal Sales Methodology Programme).

Optimise opportunities to upsell and introduce the sale of more Elavon value added services and products where possible

Establish deeprelationships with a view ot wherever possible ensure Elavon is the primary acquiring partner for our ISO partners

Responsible for Managing all work activity / leads / sales through the company systems including – SalesForce and ensuring all internal processes are adhered to.

Interpreting and applying legal contractual terms to partnership, looking for ways to optimise and enhance wherever possible

Take ownership of your Partner Accounts to ensure that they grow and develop

Create and develop the partnerships to drive and maintain existing revenues.

Reporting accurately on a weekly basis through the CRM system ensuring that you can clearly represent the engagement and activity you have completed both interally and externally each week.

Build a robust process flow

Complete monthly and quartely Business Reviews to monitor Partner performance, growth and future strategy.

Build knowledge of Elavon’s capability and sell these product lines into the existing partnership where appropriate.

Maintain a high awareness and knowledge of the business market, card payment industry, competitors and internal activities to ensure that all business opportunities are identified, considered and closed appropriately.

Build strong internal relationships with key stakeholders ie, Operations, Pricing, Credit and Risk, Legal and Marketing, as required to ensure that partner opportunities are managed quickly and effectively through the partner customer journey.

Maintain professional partner liaison and ensure the ethics of the “Elavon Way” are followed at all times.

An understanding of ISO’s and the technical integrated ecosystem is advantageous to this role

Broad commercial and Financial acumen.

Technical Knowledge

Understanding on current trends and future solutions in card payments

Hardware and software knowledge in the card payment landscape would be an advantage

Experience in ISO, ISV technical and commercial models and landscape

Forecasting and margin management as a commercial tool

Qualifications

Experience in the Payment industry strongly preferred

Demonstration of previous Sales and Account Management training would be an advantage
