Partnership Lead: Joint Ventures
Are you an experienced commercial relationship manager ready to lead high-value clinician partnerships?
GenesisCare UK is looking for a Partnership Lead – Joint Ventures to act as the principal relationship owner for our shareholder doctors and co-investment partners, driving organic growth, performance and long-term partnership value across our UK network.
This role sits at the heart of our growth strategy and works closely with senior clinical and executive stakeholders across the business.
The Role
You will own the ongoing management and development of all doctor shareholder relationships and joint venture projects, ensuring strong commercial performance, clear communication, and structured engagement. Reporting to the Head of Physician Services, you will manage shareholder meetings, financial reporting, performance insight and strategic growth planning across the portfolio.
What you’ll do
Act as the main point of contact for all shareholder doctors and joint venture partners
Drive organic revenue growth across joint ventures and GenesisCare’s core business
Use data and performance analytics to support clinicians in growing their private practice activity
Provide regular commercial reporting including P&L updates and performance insights
Coordinate and lead all shareholder meetings, including preparation of reports and actions
Monitor market conditions, competitor activity and referral trends to identify opportunities and risks
Work with development, finance, legal and operations teams to deliver targeted growth plans
Deliver quarterly company-wide communications to shareholder doctors
Build long-term, trusted relationships across clinical, commercial and executive stakeholder groups
What you’ll have
Experience & skills
Proven success managing high-value relationships, ideally with consultants in private healthcare
Strong commercial and strategic capability with experience of financial modelling and P&L analysis
Confidence engaging senior clinicians, executive leadership and board-level stakeholders
Data-driven approach to decision-making and performance improvement
Track record of achieving or exceeding growth targets
Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
Highly organised, proactive and comfortable working independently
Desirable
Understanding of joint venture and co-investment models
Familiarity with oncology pathways and private patient referral processes
Experience working with or alongside private healthcare providers or consultant groups
