Payroll Specialist – Remote Contract

<li>Handle client inquiries and resolve payroll discrepancies efficiently.</li>
<li>Collaborate with HR, Accounting, and Compliance teams for seamless payroll operations.</li>
<li>Generate reports and assist management in audits or internal reviews.</li>
<li>Stay updated on legislative changes affecting payroll practices.</li>

<h3><strong>Required Skills and Qualifications</strong></h3>

<li>Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.</li>
<li>Proven experience as a Payroll Specialist, Payroll Administrator, or similar role.</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of payroll systems (e.g., ADP, Paychex Flex, Workday, or similar platforms).</li>
<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.</li>
