What You'll Do

• Provide high-quality, compassionate care for children with non-emergency illnesses and minor injuries

  Perform timely evaluations, diagnoses, and treatment plans in a pediatric-focused Express Care setting

  Educate parents and caregivers on treatment plans, preventive care, and follow-up needs

  Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and care teams to ensure seamless patient experiences

  Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with clinical and regulatory standards

What You'll Bring

• Current Washington State license as an ARNP, MD, or DO (or ability to obtain prior to start date)

  Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience required; pediatric, urgent care, or family medicine experience strongly preferred

  Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and comfort working independently

  Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment

  Experience with EHR systems; Epic experience is a plus
