We are growing and evolving our People & Culture function, and we’re looking for a People & Culture Generalist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both operational execution and program development, and who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. 

 As a P&C Generalist at Mosaic, you will play a key role in strengthening our people programs, supporting day-to-day operations, and helping us scale intentionally. 

 
What you’ll do:  

Learning & Development  

Support and enhance onboarding programs, including development of scalable and self-paced learning resources  

Coordinate Lunch & Learn sessions (topics, speakers, logistics)  

Partner with leaders to support consulting skills training and development initiatives  

Assist with leadership development programs (e.g., Level Up)  

Coordinate and support delivery of internal training programs for leaders (PSL / PSM, etc.)
 

People Operations & Risk Mitigation 

Provide backup support for key P&C operations, including U.S. payroll, international payroll, and general people processes  

Support leave of absence administration (FMLA, ADA, disability)  

Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, partnering with leadership as needed 

Support HR systems administration to ensure data accuracy and optimization
 

Communications 

Draft and coordinate internal communications to support key initiatives and keep employees informed
 

Culture & Engagement 

Support DEI and employee engagement initiatives 

Assist in planning and executing team events, social programming, and connection opportunities 
 

General HR Support 

Serve as a trusted resource for employee and manager questions 

Partner with the People & Culture team on programs such as performance management, career development, and compensation initiatives  
 

What success looks like:  

Timely, thoughtful responses to employee and manager inquiries  

Accurate, reliable support of payroll, leave administration, and HR systems  

Seamless execution of onboarding, training programs, and internal events  

High-quality internal communications that keep employees informed and engaged  

Strong collaboration with leaders and the broader People & Culture team

What makes you successful:  

Requirements:  

3+ years of HR or People & Culture experience  

Demonstrated ability to stay highly organized, responsive, and engaged while working in a fully remote, fast-paced environment 

Strong understanding of employment laws and HR best practices  

Excellent organizational and communication skills  

Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and attention to detail  

Proactive mindset with a willingness to jump in and support where needed 

Strong Microsoft Office skills (including PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, and Excel) 

Strong understanding of state, local, and federal employment laws
 

Nice to haves: 

Experience working with UKG Pro or similar HRIS platforms 

Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, V-Lookups) 

Experience with UKG Pro or similar HRIS platforms  

Experience supporting training or development programs  

Experience with leave administration and multi-state compliance
