People Operations Associate
US Mobile is on a mission to revolutionize connectivity, and they are seeking a People Operations Associate to help shape the employee experience at their fast-growing company. In this role, you will support day-to-day HR operations, assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, and collaborate with various teams to deliver a seamless employee experience.
Responsibilities
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, documentation, and system access
- Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS, benefits systems, and internal tracking tools
- Assist with benefits administration and employee inquiries
- Support HR compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
- Help develop and maintain employee policies, handbooks, and documentation with People Ops Manager
- Screen incoming HR correspondence and escalate time-sensitive matters to People Ops Manager
- Coordinate recruiting processes and help ensure a smooth candidate-to-employee transition
- Assist with reporting, audits, and data hygiene for operational accuracy
- Support company-wide people programs including performance cycles, engagement initiatives, learning opportunities, and recognition programs
- Help organize our annual company offsite (previous locations: Tokyo, Dubai, Hawaii)
- Build scalable People Ops systems, templates, and workflows
Skills
- 1–3 years in People Operations, HR, or related operations role
- Bachelor's degree in HR or related field, or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar)
- Familiarity with HR tools and systems (HRIS, performance management)
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Startup, tech, or high-growth experience preferred
- Experience with PEO (Justworks) and benefits administration a plus
