Job Description:
Title: Performance Analyst
Classification: Non-Exempt
Salary: $48,000-50,000/year
Scope of Position: Support and improve program operations, data integrity, customer flow, compliance monitoring, and reporting capabilities. Ensure contract benchmarks are achieved through accurate data management, performance analysis, quality assurance reviews, and ongoing monitoring of participant files, eligibility documentation, and program outcomes.
Essential Functions
Analyze program operations, performance data, and workflow processes to identify gaps and implement solutions that support contract performance goals
Work with Performance Manager to monitor and evaluate center performance benchmarks, participation trends, retention outcomes, and service delivery metrics
Assist leadership with the preparation of reports, data analysis, monitoring responses, and performance summaries for funding agencies and stakeholders
Support the development and implementation of strategies to improve participation, retention, customer flow, and overall program effectiveness
Communicate compliance concerns, operational updates, and performance trends to leadership and appropriate program staff
Work collaboratively with the Program Lead to conduct quality reviews of WIOA eligibility determinations and ensure consistent compliance oversight
Conduct ongoing quality assurance reviews within CWDS to monitor services, case notes, IEPs/ISSs, activity records, expenditure documentation, and data accuracy
Ensure compliance with ISO auditing procedures, documentation standards, and internal quality assurance processes
Track, monitor, and report compliance findings, corrective actions, audit results, and program performance outcomes
Maintain current knowledge of workforce development regulations, WIOA policies, CWDS requirements, and state and local guidance
Provide technical assistance and guidance to staff regarding documentation standards, eligibility requirements, case file compliance, and data entry expectations

Education and Experience Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
Experience in analyzing data
Excellent interpersonal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Regional travel is required
Able to work fully onsite, fully virtual, or in a hybrid environment
Clean driving record, valid Driver’s License, and reliable vehicle required
