Performance-Based Marketing Lead / Lead Generation Specialist (Remote)

Role Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Performance-Based Marketing Lead / Lead Generation Specialist to own and scale our lead generation efforts across digital channels. This is a fully remote role for someone who thrives in a performance-based environment and takes full ownership of outcomes.

This role is responsible for creating, executing, optimizing, and analyzing high-impact lead generation campaigns, with a strong focus on conversion, efficiency, and measurable results. You will work cross-functionally to align marketing initiatives with business goals while continuously refining strategies that drive qualified leads and sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, execute, and optimize performance-based lead generation campaigns across digital channels

• Analyze campaign performance, interpret data, and translate insights into clear, actionable optimization strategies

• Own testing, iteration, and funnel optimization to improve conversion rates and lead quality

• Develop and manage email marketing campaigns, including lead nurturing, segmentation, and performance tracking

• Build, manage, and optimize WordPress landing pages and lead capture flows

• Plan, support, and execute webinars as a lead generation channel, including registration funnels, email sequences, and post-event follow-up

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams while maintaining strong individual ownership and accountability

• Track, report, and clearly communicate results, focusing on qualified leads, ROI, and performance metrics

• Continuously refine systems and processes to improve efficiency and scalability

Qualifications

• Proven experience in lead generation or performance-based marketing

• Experience managing email marketing campaigns and understanding engagement and conversion metrics

• Familiarity with WordPress, including landing pages, forms, and basic optimization

• Experience supporting or running webinars as a marketing and lead generation channel

• Knowledge of performance testing, optimization strategies, and success metrics

• Proficiency with digital marketing platforms and tools is a plus

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field

• Ability to work efficiently in a remote setting while managing multiple priorities
