Role Overview
We are seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to scale customer acquisition and pipeline growth through paid, measurable, and ROI-focused marketing programs. This role is ideal for a hands-on marketer with deep experience in paid channels and a strong understanding of how to position AI-powered SaaS products for conversion-driven growth.

Key Responsibilities
Own and optimize paid acquisition channels including search, social, and display

Plan and execute performance-driven campaigns aligned to pipeline and revenue targets

Partner with Content and Product Marketing to develop high-converting assets and messaging

Manage budgets, forecasts, and ROI targets across channels

Analyze performance data and optimize campaigns using full-funnel metrics

Test and scale new channels, audiences, and AI-driven use cases

Required Qualifications
Proven experience in B2B performance or demand marketing within a SaaS environment

Strong understanding of AI-powered products and performance-driven buyer behavior

Demonstrated success managing paid media programs that drive pipeline and revenue

Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms (HubSpot or Marketo with Salesforce)

Strong analytical and optimization skills

Non-negotiable: Prior experience working fully remote, fluency with remote collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana, or similar), and experience working with US- or UK-based companies. Candidates without this background will not be considered.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience managing large paid media budgets

Familiarity with ABM or account-based paid strategies

Experience in high-growth or AI-first SaaS companies

Exposure to advanced attribution or multi-touch reporting

Tools & Technology
Paid Media: Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, programmatic platforms

Marketing Automation: HubSpot, Marketo (or similar)

CRM: Salesforce

Analytics: Google Analytics, Looker, Tableau

Collaboration: Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana
