Our client is a fast-growing DTC ecommerce brand in the apparel and accessories space, focused on delivering premium-quality products through a strong online customer experience. With an established creative pipeline supported by UGC creators and internal design resources, the company is looking to strengthen its paid acquisition efforts by bringing on a highly strategic performance marketer to optimize and scale campaigns across multiple channels.

Role Overview
The Performance Marketing Specialist will own and optimize the brand’s paid media performance across Meta, TikTok, and Google. This role is heavily focused on campaign optimization, creative testing strategy, account restructuring, and scaling profitable customer acquisition efforts.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience managing paid media for DTC ecommerce brands, understands the relationship between creative strategy and performance metrics, and can proactively improve KPIs such as CPM, ROAS, CAC, CTR, MER, and CVR. This role requires a strategic thinker who can identify inefficiencies, improve campaign performance, and drive scalable growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Paid Media Strategy & Execution
Manage and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads

Restructure and improve campaign and account architecture where needed

Monitor and improve key performance metrics including CPM, CAC, CTR, ROAS, MER, and CVR

Scale winning campaigns while maintaining profitability

Analyze performance trends and proactively identify growth opportunities

Creative Testing & Performance Optimization
Develop and oversee creative testing strategies focused on improving ad performance

Collaborate with internal creative resources, UGC creators, and editors to guide high-performing ad concepts

Identify creative fatigue and recommend new testing angles, hooks, formats, and messaging

Provide strategic feedback on ad creatives, landing pages, and funnel performance

Ecommerce Growth & Funnel Optimization
Support full-funnel acquisition strategy and customer journey optimization

Collaborate on promotional campaigns, product launches, and seasonal initiatives

Assist in improving customer acquisition efficiency and scaling efforts

Identify opportunities to expand into additional retention and lifecycle marketing channels over time

Reporting & Analytics
Track campaign performance and provide clear reporting with actionable insights

Analyze attribution and channel performance to improve decision-making

Maintain organized reporting dashboards and documentation

Continuously test and iterate based on data and performance outcomes

Qualifications
Experience
3+ years of experience managing paid media for DTC ecommerce brands

Proven experience scaling ecommerce brands through performance marketing

Strong understanding of creative strategy and performance optimization

Experience managing multi-channel paid acquisition campaigns

Skills
Deep understanding of Meta advertising best practices

Strong analytical and reporting skills

Ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions quickly

Experience improving campaign efficiency and lowering acquisition costs

Strong communication and collaboration skills

Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities
