# **ABOUT THE ROLE**

GodMade Enterprises is scaling aggressively — and to do that, the founder must operate purely in CEO mode.

Your job is simple:
• *Remove every operational, administrative, and logistical task from Isaac’s life and work so he can focus on sales, leadership, strategy, and execution.**

This is *not* a basic VA job.

This is a **mid-level, high-trust Personal Assistant role** working directly with the founder every single day.

You will manage his time, communications, priorities, workflow, content logistics, and business coordination — while also supporting the wider organisation.

# **WHAT YOU WILL OWN (CORE RESPONSIBILITIES)**

## **1. Direct Founder Support (Top Priority)**

You will work extremely closely with the founder on:

- Managing all **WhatsApp, Email, Instagram, Telegram** communications

- Full **calendar & schedule management**

- Turning voice notes into structured tasks

- Weekly planning & workflow organisation

- Following through on all tasks and ensuring nothing is left incomplete

- Coordinating communication between Isaac and team members

- Tracking priorities, deadlines, deliverables, and ensuring accountability

- Booking appointments and arranging professional/personal meetings

- Travel research, booking, and itinerary management

- Ordering equipment, deliveries, and handling logistical admin

- Online purchases + subscription management

- Personal reminders & lifestyle admin

- Research tasks across business, travel, lifestyle, tools, and opportunities

- Organising files, documents, systems, and internal structures

## **2. Content & Media Support (Daily)**

- Posting content across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)

- Preparing logistics for content days

- Collecting clips from editors and saving all files to Notion/Drive

- Reviewing editor outputs for accuracy (typos, wrong clips, missing overlays)

- Light coordination with editors & creative team

- Writing captions and drafting content in the founder’s voice (with training)
• Not required:* editing micro-clips — this is handled by the creative team.

## **3. Business Operations Support**

- Supporting operational workflows inside the business where relevant

- Helping track deliverables and ensuring the founder has everything he needs

- Helping coordinate across projects and internal processes

- Supporting sales/marketing operations (light admin where needed)

- Preparing for weekly team meetings and aligning tasks

## **4. Webinar & Sunday Support (Mandatory)**

Sundays are non-negotiable. This is our biggest operational day due to webinars.

You will support:

- Webinar reminders

- Link + page checks

- Coordination with the team

- Content scheduling

- Post-webinar organisation

# **WHAT YOU WILL NOT DO**

- No in-person tasks

- No errands

- No office presence

- No filming or equipment handling

- No heavy technical implementation

This is a **remote-only** role requiring intelligence, organisation, and execution — not manual work.

# **WORKING HOURS**
• *Full-time (8 hours/day)**
• *Sunday → Thursday**

(Friday + Saturday OFF)

Must overlap with UK time zone.

# **DAILY WORK STRUCTURE**

You will follow a clear daily rhythm:

### **Morning Check**

- Review communications

- Review schedule

- Update tasks & priorities

- Prepare Isaac for the day

### **Midday Check**

- Follow-up on tasks

- Coordinate with team

- Ensure schedule remains aligned

### **End-of-Day Report**

- What was completed

- What is pending

- Blockers

- Tomorrow’s top 3 priorities
