Responsibilities:
- Managing and organizing the executive's calendar, appointments, and meetings
- Handling correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of the executive
- Conducting research, preparing reports, and presentations as needed
- Coordinating travel arrangements and accommodations
- Assisting with personal tasks and errands as required
- Maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
