Philly Injury Lawyer is seeking a Personal Injury Associate Attorney to manage their own caseload and work closely with a litigation support team. The role involves handling various aspects of personal injury cases, including discovery, depositions, and maintaining communication with clients and opposing counsel.

Responsibilities

• Manage your own PI caseload (auto, premises liability, med/negligence, etc.)
• Handle discovery, depositions, motions, arbitrations & trials
• Maintain consistent communication with clients and opposing counsel
• Work with a collaborative, experienced litigation support team

Skills

• PA Bar Admission (NJ admission a plus)
• 1–5 years of plaintiff PI experience
• Strong writing, advocacy & case management skills
