About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Pharmaceutical Project Delivery Manager to lead the successful delivery of regulated pharmaceutical marketing, education and communications projects for UK-based and global pharmaceutical clients.

This role is ideal for a candidate with hands-on experience managing pharmaceutical or healthcare communications projects within a regulated environment. The successful candidate will act as the primary client-facing contact across multiple accounts, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, compliant with regulatory standards and aligned with client expectations.

The role requires a strong understanding of the UK pharmaceutical industry, including practical application of the ABPI Code of Practice, familiarity with Veeva Vault approval workflows and experience delivering compliant digital and marketing materials across print, digital and omnichannel platforms.

We are specifically looking for candidates with genuine pharmaceutical delivery experience rather than generalist project managers.
