We’re a Los Angeles-based ADU (Accessory Dwelling Unit) and garage conversion construction company looking for a Pinterest specialist to help us grow brand visibility, website traffic, and long-term inbound leads.

Our content includes:

- Completed ADU project tours

- Garage conversion transformations

- Small kitchen and bathroom design

- Floor plans

- Before & afters

- Educational construction content

We already produce strong visual content (photos + video). We need someone who understands how to turn that into strategic Pinterest growth.

Responsibilities

- Develop a Pinterest growth strategy tailored to the ADU and small home niche

- Create and design Pinterest-optimized pins (static + idea pins)

- Write keyword-optimized pin titles and descriptions

- Conduct Pinterest keyword research

- Organize and optimize boards

- Repurpose blog content and YouTube videos into Pinterest assets

- Track analytics and refine strategy

- Improve click-through to our website

Goal

Drive consistent website traffic and position us as a leader in the ADU and garage conversion space in Southern California.
