As a Placement Specialist, you'll build and grow partnerships with healthcare providers, hospitals, clinics, and community organisations to create valuable student placement opportunities. You'll combine relationship management, business development, negotiation, and problem-solving to connect students with practical learning experiences that shape future careers.

No two days look the same. What you'll be doing
Build and strengthen partnerships with hospitals, clinics, and healthcare organisations

Identify and secure new placement opportunities

Develop and negotiate affiliation agreements with partners

Manage stakeholder relationships across multiple networks

Coordinate student placements alongside internal teams

Maintain records and reporting across CRM and internal systems

Deliver positive outcomes for both students and placement providers

What we're looking for
You thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy balancing relationship-building with operational coordination.
You'll ideally bring:
3–5 years experience in Business Development, Sales, Partnerships, or Relationship Management

Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills

Experience in building and maintaining professional relationships

Excellent organisation and attention to detail

Ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities

Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite

Healthcare industry experience (highly regarded but not essential)

Bachelor's degree (preferred)
