Group Details

The ideal candidate will have experience maintaining and supporting trading systems. The person in this role will work with internal teams and must have a goal-oriented attitude and a structured methodical approach to project and assignments. A working knowledge of the fixed income market is preferred.

Tradeweb Technology jobs are fully remote. The Tradeweb Technology hub is located in our Jersey City office which can be used for team meetings and collaboration efforts.  There may be days where travel to the Jersey City office is recommended for organizational off-sites.

Job Responsibilities

Work as part of a global support team

Develop system instrumentation, monitoring and reporting tools

Work with internal businesses to identify and resolve issues 

The provision of extremely high levels of availability for the production, demonstration and test systems

Resolve of any problems in these systems in a timely and professional manner

Proactively learn and understand business needs and develop or implement solutions

Qualifications

Experience supporting an existing large system to very high levels of availability, ideally financial and/or trading systems

Working on existing internal systems 

The team works very closely, and it is a high-pressure mission critical production environment. 

Strong communication skills 

In this role you will be required to be flexible regarding work schedule, including occasional weekend duties. 

3 or more years of object-oriented development experience (ideally C++)

Relational Database experience

Bachelor’s Degree (Computer Science or Electrical Engineering is preferred) 

3-5 years’ work experience, preferably in the Financial Services industry

Proven ability to problem solves and multi-task

The current pay range for this role is currently $180,000 to $220,000 per year, based on a regular, full-time schedule.  The amount of pay offered will be determined by a number of factors, including but not limited to qualifications, market data, and internal guidelines.

This role will also be eligible to participate in Tradeweb’s discretionary bonus program. 

This role is expected to remain open until 7/11/26.
