Podcast Producer - Audio and Video

We're looking for an experienced podcast producer to own the full production workflow for The Compliance Advantage, a healthcare compliance podcast that publishes every two weeks across Spotify, Apple Podcasts, YouTube, and all major platforms. This is an ongoing contracted role at roughly 2 to 3 episodes per month.

You will take raw footage from recording to published episode with minimal oversight. We have an established format and existing episodes for reference

What We're Looking For

- Proven experience producing podcasts from raw footage to published episode

- Strong editing skills with both audio and multi-cam footage

- Portfolio with at least 3 produced podcast episodes you can share

- Reliable communicator with consistent turnaround time

- Available to take on first episode immediately

Episode Volume and Pay

2 to 3 episodes per month. Please include your per-episode rate in your application.
