Podcast production assistant

Podcast Production Assistant I am looking for a hands-on production assistant to support the recording a English-language long-form interview podcast based in Miami, FL.

This is an in-person role. You must be available to travel to our recording location in South Florida Brickell.
• *Commitment:**

- 1 recording session per week

- Each session is approximately 1 hour
• *What you'll do:**

- Be on-site during podcast recordings to ensure everything runs smoothly

- Set up and break down recording equipment

- Operate your own camera to capture the episode (camera is required — microphones and lighting are provided)

- Take behind-the-scenes photos during recordings for social media content

- Monitor audio and video quality during the session

- Flag any technical issues in real time so they can be corrected on the spot

- Support me - the host - with any logistical needs during the recording day
• *What we're looking for:**

- Based in Miami or South Florida — this is non-negotiable

- Must own a camera suitable for video recording. Or pro iPhone

- Basic knowledge of podcast or video recording setups

- Comfortable with photography

- Organized, proactive, and reliable

- Junior profiles are welcome — attitude and reliability matter more than years of experience

- Good communication in English and or Spanish
