Role Overview:
Coordinate advertising placements in our HOA magazines, ensuring timely receipt and distribution to designated designers.
Verify accuracy of advertisers' payment information, utilizing industry-specific software: Magazine Manager.
Collaborate with the Owner to manage non-sales-related tasks as required. Requirements:
Strong multitasking abilities.
Exceptional organizational skills.
Basic proficiency in graphic design and/or accounting.
Comfortable with basic office computer applications. Perks:
