What You'll Do
• Design, oversee, and optimize data pipelines that integrate genomics, clinical records, biomarkers, and other healthcare data into unified analytics platforms
• Lead analytical strategies that convert complex, integrated datasets into actionable insights for precision medicine initiatives and clinical decision support
• Collaborate with clinicians, researchers, and engineering teams to ensure data quality, regulatory compliance, and alignment between data strategy and real-world goals
• Communicate findings and strategic recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Apply your domain expertise to evaluate and improve how AI models reason about healthcare and genomic data
Who You Are
• Experienced working with large-scale healthcare, genomic, or life sciences datasets in analytics or data leadership roles
• Strong background in data integration, data governance, and translating complex data into meaningful insights for scientific or clinical audiences
• Able to work cross-functionally with clinical, research, and engineering teams in regulated or highly technical environments
• Detail-oriented, structured thinker who can bridge the gap between raw data and strategic decision-making
• Comfortable working independently and asynchronously in a remote environment
Nice to Have
• Prior experience with data annotation, data quality assessment, or evaluation systems
• Familiarity with AI or machine learning workflows applied to healthcare or life sciences
• Background in bioinformatics, translational research, or clinical informatics
• Experience working within HIPAA-compliant or similarly regulated data environments
