The Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Technical Presales Team Lead to join our growing international team. This role is ideal for a technical professional who enjoys working closely with customers, designing complex solutions, leading demonstrations, and driving successful proof-of-concept (PoC) activities.
As a key technical advisor, you will bridge the gap between customer requirements and product capabilities while collaborating with internal product and engineering teams to continuously improve our solutions.

What You’ll Do
Lead technical pre-sales activities throughout the sales cycle

Design and present end-to-end solution architectures across cloud, on-premises, and hybrid environments

Conduct customer workshops, technical presentations, demonstrations, and Proof of Concepts (PoCs)

Analyze customer requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions

Support system integration projects involving APIs, video platforms, IoT devices, telecommunications, and enterprise infrastructure

Act as the technical point of contact during customer engagements

Report product issues, bugs, and improvement opportunities to headquarters and product teams

Collaborate closely with sales, product management, and engineering teams to ensure customer success

Provide technical leadership and mentorship as the team grows

What We’re Looking For
Strong knowledge of:
Solution Architecture (Cloud, On-Premises, Hybrid)
System Integration and APIs

Video Management and Security Systems

IoT and Telecommunications Technologies

Networking and Infrastructure Concepts

Cybersecurity Principles and Penetration Testing

7–10 years of overall professional experience

3–5 years of experience in Pre-Sales Engineering, Solution Architecture, or Solution Design roles

Proven experience leading customer demonstrations and PoCs

Fluent English and Portuguese communication skills

Nice to Have
Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to build trusted relationships

Strong communication and presentation skills
