Position Overview:
America’s Home Health Services is seeking a driven and relationship-focused Private Pay Home Care Sales Representative to expand our presence across Pennsylvania. This role is ideal for a self-motivated professional who excels at building referral networks, managing a sales pipeline, and contributing to both client growth and caregiver recruitment efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct consistent, high-volume outreach to referral sources to generate private pay home care leads

Examples include hospitals, rehabilitation centers, discharge planners, assisted living facilities, senior centers, physicians’ offices, elder law attorneys, and community organizations

Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with referral partners to drive ongoing business

Manage and actively work a sales pipeline, including tracking referrals, follow-ups, conversions, and outcomes using CRM tools or internal systems

Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly referral and revenue targets

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and high-quality service delivery

Represent the company at networking events, community outreach programs, and industry functions

Assist in recruiting Caregivers, Direct Care Workers (DCWs), and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to support service demand

Participate in job fairs, community hiring events, and outreach campaigns

Help promote the company as an employer of choice in the home care space

Provide market feedback and insights to leadership to support strategic growth

Qualifications:

Proven experience in private pay (private duty) home care sales

Strong knowledge of referral development and territory management

Demonstrated ability to build and sustain professional relationships

Experience working with CRM systems and managing a sales pipeline

Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills

Self-starter with the ability to work independently and meet goals

 

Preferred Qualifications:

Existing book of business or referral relationships in the healthcare or senior services industry

Experience recruiting or working with caregivers, DCWs, or CNAs
