This is a remote position. PROCESSING SPECIALISTS @ ACDI  

Here at ACDI, our Processing Specialist role involves, but is not limited to, processing and delivering ACDI’s quotes, orders, and licenses to our devoted partners, as well as ensuring data integrity across ACDI’s many dealers and end-user account profiles. 

Successful candidates possess excellent organizational skills, the ability to think proactively, extreme attention to detail in data processing, extraordinary time management skills, and the ability to communicate information effectively with superb customer service. 

Processing Specialists will be required to facilitate processes between ACDI’s sales channel and the dealer channel for all post-sale orders, license ordering, and deliveries. They may also be involved in documenting procedures and presenting new process designs to managers and or supervisors for discussion. 

ACDI’S PROCESSING SPECIALISTS' RESPONSIBILITIES: 

Process incoming quote requests and renewal quotes with speed and accuracy to ensure timely delivery to partners

Support incoming purchase orders, license orders, and license fulfillment as needed

Develop a strong understanding of ACDI’s hardware shipping processes across multiple systems, including export and pricing requirements

Maintain thorough knowledge of ACDI’s product portfolio and online quoting portal in order to support and train partners when needed

Update and maintain customer account information in CRM, ensuring strong data integrity and accuracy

Build and maintain a comprehensive understanding of ACDI’s programs and product offerings

Bring inconsistencies and problems to the attention of management 

Participate in problem resolution opportunities for your role and team 

Track major incident management processes and ensure adherence to the process and escalation  requirements within the various support areas 

Maintain a complete understanding of and adhere to all policies and processes of this position  and the company as a whole 

Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing  professional publications, and establishing personal networks

Contributes to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed 

Understand and be knowledgeable of all ACDI offered software, hardware products, and services 

Thorough understanding of ACDI’s pricing model for products and services provided 

Effectively communicate with other processing team members and management to provide the  absolute best experience possible for ACDI’s customers and dealers daily

Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Maintains a complete understanding of and adhere to all ACDI policies, procedures, and processes

Maintain a positive organizational culture while upholding ACDI's mission, vision, and core values

EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS 

High School Diploma or GED required 

Fluent in English required 

Solid experience with client interactions and customer service

Familiarity with Google applications sets you apart 

Strong professional communication skills (via phone, email, and in-person), problem-solving,  technical capacity, and collaboration 

Ability to communicate information in layman’s terms for the purpose of communicating with internal  and external resources 

Experience exercising discretion and confidentiality with sensitive company information 

Excellent organizational skills with an ability to think proactively, anticipate upcoming needs, and  prioritize work 

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS 

Must be able to stand or sit for prolonged periods of time  

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY 

This position has no supervisory responsibilities. 

WORK ENVIRONMENT 

Moderate noise level, bullpen environment located at Benton Headquarters is preferred 

Fast-paced, encouraging, and positive
