At Tecspal, we’re redefining how global teams connect through smart hardware and logistics solutions. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Procurement Specialist to support our purchasing operations in Europe.

In this role, you’ll ensure product availability, manage supplier relationships, and work closely with commercial teams to keep operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

Manage procurement activities across the European region

Negotiate and develop suppliers to secure competitive terms

Align with sales and customer-facing teams on demand and timelines

Ensure product availability and on-time delivery

Monitor procurement performance and resolve supply issues proactively

Requirements:

Strong organizational and communication skills

Proactive, problem-solving mindset

Experience with supplier negotiations is a plus

Proficiency in Excel and Word

Fluency in English
