Job Summary:

​​We are seeking a data-driven Product Analyst to join our team and help shape the future of our products. You’ll partner with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers to uncover insights, track performance, and inform key product decisions.

What you’ll do:

  • Analyze user behavior and product performance to identify trends, opportunities, and pain points

    Define and maintain product KPIs and dashboards to measure success and monitor health

    Conduct deep-dive analyses to support product roadmap decisions and feature prioritization

    Collaborate with stakeholders to design and evaluate tests and other experiments

    Deliver clear, actionable recommendations based on data to improve user experience and business outcomes

    Work with data engineering and BI teams to ensure accurate and accessible data sources

    Provide ad hoc data support to product and cross-functional teams as needed

Who you are:

  • Proficiency in SQL, Excel or Google Sheets; experience with tools like Looker, Metabase, or similar systems

    Understanding of data modeling and event tracking systems (e.g., Mixpanel)

    Knowledge of product development lifecycle and agile processes

    Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex data to non-technical stakeholders

    Experience with A/B testing and experimentation frameworks

    Detail-oriented, curious, and motivated to drive product success through data

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related)

    3+ years of experience in a product analytics, data analysis, or similar role

    Previous experience working as a Product Analyst or data analytics role

    Experience with high growth tech companies
