The intern supports the Payroll Product team in managing day-to-day sustain and operational activities. The role provides exposure to IT service management, payroll systems, and global operations, while contributing to performance tracking, reporting, and coordination tasks.

Key Accountabilities (Adjusted to Intern Seniority)

 

1. Support to Product Performance Monitoring

Assist in collecting and consolidating support performance data

Support identification of recurring issues and trends for team review

Help prepare KPI dashboards and reports for governance meetings

Contribute to documentation of performance insights

 

2. Support to IT Run Operations

Monitor ticket queues and support basic prioritization activities under guidance

Assist in tracking SLA compliance and backlog evolution

Help maintain visibility of operational status across support teams

 

3. Operational Support & Coordination

Participate in Daily/Weekly Operational Reviews (DORs/Wors) and capture meeting outputs

Support preparation of Monthly Operational Review (MOR) materials

Assist in tracking action items and follow-up activities

 

4. Vendor & Stakeholder Interaction (Exposure Role)

Support communication with vendors under supervision

Assist in collecting updates on ongoing issues and improvements

Gain exposure to global stakeholder management

 

5. Knowledge & Continuous Improvement

Support creation and updates of knowledge articles

Assist in documentation of processes and best practices

Contribute to improvement initiatives driven by the team

Key Requirements

Education

Bachelor’s degree (in progress or recently completed), preferably in IT, Engineering, Business, or related field

Skills

Strong interest in IT systems, operations, or payroll domain

Analytical mindset and attention to detail

Basic understanding of Excel / reporting tools

Good communication skills in English

Ability to work in a structured and collaborative environment
