We are seeking an experienced Product Engineering (Guidewire ClaimCenter) with strong expertise in Gosu programming, hands-on experience in building scalable features from scratch, and a solid background in production support and data integrations. The ideal candidate will contribute to both development and operational excellence, ensuring system reliability, performance, and continuous improvements. 

Accountabilities:

Development & Engineering 
Design and develop Guidewire ClaimCenter (GWCC) features from scratch based on business requirements 
Implement scalable, high-quality solutions using Gosu programming language 
Configure and customize Guidewire components including workflows, business rules, integrations, and UI 
Work on Integration Gateway (IG) / App Guidewire (IG apps) for external system connectivity 

Integration & Data Reporting 
Develop and maintain data extraction and reporting solutions from GWCC to downstream systems 
Build and support integrations using APIs, messaging (Kafka/queue-based), or batch processing 
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across systems 

Production Support & Reliability 
Provide L2/L3 production support for ClaimCenter applications 
Troubleshoot and resolve issues within defined SLAs 
Monitor system health and proactively address performance bottlenecks 
Analyze incidents and implement permanent fixes to reduce recurrence 

Performance & Quality 
Drive improvements in system performance, error rate reduction, and reliability 
Implement logging, monitoring, and alerting best practices 
Optimize workflows, batch jobs, and integrations for scalability 

Qualifications:

 Core Technical Skills 
Demonstrated experience in Guidewire ClaimCenter development 
Strong expertise in Gosu programming 
Hands-on experience with Guidewire Integration Gateway (IG Apps) 
Experience building end-to-end features from scratch 

Integration & Data Skills 
Experience in data reporting/extraction from GWCC to downstream systems 
Strong understanding of REST/SOAP APIs, messaging systems, or ETL pipelines

Compensation
Expected compensation for this role ranges from $ 85,000.00 - 135,000.00 annually.  Actual salary offered to successful candidates will vary based on their skills and experience.
