Qualification:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
• B2+ English level

Experience:
• Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Experience in guiding products from concept to launch, including feature prioritization and roadmap creation.
• 3+ years of experience in product management or a related field, demonstrating a successful track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.
• A technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.

Requirements:
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
• Solid understanding of business strategy and ability to align product direction with the organization's strategy.
• Proven ability to develop product and market strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management.
• Understanding of user experience and user interface design principles to ensure products meet customer needs.
• Familiarity with trading concepts, tools, and platforms to align product offerings with market demands.
• Demonstrated leadership and people management skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one's sleeves to get the job done.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities
• Develop and implement product strategies consistent with company vision.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to improve existing products and develop new ones.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs and identify opportunities.
• Plan and execute product launches, including working with public relations team, executives, and other product management team members.
• Develop marketing strategies and work with the marketing team to drive demand and adoption.
• Engage closely with customers to gain insights and understand their needs and feedback.
• Monitor and analyze market trends and competitors to position products effectively.
• Measure product performance and suggest improvements.
